How To Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must purchase a copy of Bridgerton: Romancing Mr Bridgerton  (9780063372122 ) using their Big Deal VIP Membership either at a Paper Plus store or via the Paper website.

 The Prize

The prize consists of the complete 12 book set of Bridgerton Books

 

Winning the Prize

  1. The Prize Winner will be drawn at random and contacted by Paper Plus Support Centre via telephone and follow-up email on Monday 27 May 2024.
  2. If Paper Plus is unable to contact the winner drawn, the Prize is forfeited, and Paper Plus may select another winner,
  3. The Book Prize will be couriered directly to the winner overnight. Paper Plus a do not accept responsibility for delivery delays or lost parcels.
  4. Delivery details will be arranged directly between the Prize winner and Paper Plus Support Office and are subject to the Prize winner promptly providing Paper Plus with all the information requested.
  5. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, their parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner or give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.
  6. The Prize is non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  7. The Prize cannot be on sold.

Other

  1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended, and the Promotion may be terminated at any time by Paper Plus.
  2. The Winner takes The Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Paper Plus in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with The Prize.
  3. Paper Plus's decision on all Promotion matters is final, an no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Any personal information provided to Paper Plus may be collected, held, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms or The Growth Faculty.
  6. The Promotion is subject to these specific terms and the standard promotion or competition rules below.
  7. By entering into this Promotion you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions.

 Paper Plus Group Responsibility

  1. Paper Plus reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue The Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  2. Paper Plus takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude The Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, Force Majeure or otherwise.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law Paper Plus will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever.
  4. Where The Prize is to be supplied by an entity outside of Paper Plus's control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply The Prize, Paper Plus has no responsibility for the provision of the Prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative Prize or take legal to require The Prize Supplier to provide The Prize.
